Gospel music dignitaries were also joined by pastors, bishops, clergymen and women as well as spiritual leaders and community officials from all over the country at the emotional homegoing services for Lady MaLinda Sapp, wife of gospel music recording artist Marvin Sapp.

Fellow leader in ministry Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. now the presiding bishop of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowhip and operating two established churches in both Atlanta and New Orleans shortly after Hurricane Katrina dispelled residents, was on hand to share his thoughts.

He, among others, said his prayers, but he also gave condolences before sharing a personal experience with letting go and losing a loved one. His main message was for the saints to learn to “accept what God allows.”

Soon after, a calm reflection and resolution for MaLinda Sapp was also given by the noted Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Check out the who’s who gallery of everyone who participated in the services during the impartation and special remarks in honor of MaLinda Sapp’s humble lifestyle and years of dedication to her husband’s ministry, her family, her church and the community.
