Bella Blackiston, 2, was found yesterday in a swimming pool at her home in the 11000-block of Butler Road in Hillsboro.
A neighbor called 911, after finding the girl in the pool. that was surrounded by a deck connected to the home.
Blackiston was transported to Memorial Hospital, where she later died.
