Christopher Brown’s Mom Demands Justice

The  mother of Christopher Brown, a Baltimore County teen killed by an off duty cop, demands that the cop be arrested.  Ten days after the death of her son and no arrest has been made. Brown’s mother believes there is a double standard in how the case is being handled.
