A national civil rights groups is worried that racial tension is sparking on the campus of Towson University. Recently a pro-white student group announced plans to patrol university grounds because of a spike with black on white crimes. “Were gonna be an extra set of eyes and ears for the police’ said Matthew Heimbach.
