Whoopi Goldberg and “The View” cast mates discussed George Zimmerman’s apology. Whoopi seemed to be disappointed and taken aback by the apology given to Trayvon Martin’s parents.
Zimmerman was seen standing in front of Trayvon’s parents on the day of his bail hearing, stating that he didn’t not know how old the teen was nor did he know that Trayvon was unarmed. The self-appointed neighborhood watch went along in saying that he was sorry about the passing of their son.
On Tuesday, the ladies of “The View” questioned whether the timing and style of Zimmerman’s apology was inappropriate. “He wanted to say ‘I’m sorry,’ should he have used that occasion?” Barbara Walters asked.
