ESSENCE Fest 2017 was full of great surprises. One included Xscape’s performance of The Clark Sisters’ “Is My Living In Vain,” a song they performed in an intimate concert hall above the main stage on the last day of the festival.
In the packed house – so packed, security shut the doors on a sea of people waiting to get in – the 90s girl group changed from their original wardrobe and resumed in choir robes for a quick praise break.
