Last May, Baltimore City resident, elementary school worker and Pastor Latrina Ashburne was killed as she was getting into her car to go to work in the Cylburn neighborhood.
The person charged with murdering Latrina Ashburne is 37-year-old Davon Carter who is now facing a life sentence or even the death penalty.
