Baltimore City Police have arrested a man and woman for the May stabbing death of Jorge Perez.
32 year-old Derek Hoey and 25 year-old Kara Bach are accused of stabbing Perez on the 5700 Pennington Avenue back on May 4th around 1:30 a.m.. The 28-year-old victim was taken to Shock Trauma where he later died.
Witnesses told police Hoey stabbed Perez, got into his car afterwards and drove away, crashing several blocks away. It’s unclear what role Bach plays in Perez’s death at this time.
Both Hoey and Bach are facing multiple charges including first and second degree murder. They have both been denied bail.
