A man is wanted for attempted assault and indecent exposure.

The incident allegedly happened back on the evening of May 23rd on the the campus of Johns Hopkins University. The university sent a public safety advisory email to the campus community, saying a jogger on the 3300 block of San Martin Drive between Wyman Park Drive and University Parkway near the footbridge was approached by a man who pulled his pants down, exposing himself, and grabbed her wrist. The woman was able to run away.

The alert described the assailant as a 5-foot, 5-inch tall man with a slim build and long, dark, scruffy hair. He was seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.
