The 21-year-old Glen Burnie native who police accused last month of shooting two Frostburg State University basketball players, one fatally, was indicted Tuesday morning on charges of first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder by a grand jury in Allegany County.

According to police, Tyrone Hall, a former soccer star at Mount St. Joseph in Baltimore who had aspirations of a professional career in Brazil, killed Brandon Carroll of Waldorf and injured Ellis Hartridge Jr. of Washington during a confrontation April 18 at Hall’s off-campus residence.
