Arrests have been made in the slaying of Robert Lee Martin, a Dundalk bar owner. Police arrested the victim’s wife Jaclyn Martin, her brother Robert Garner, as well as Sturm Davis and Brandon Michael Roth.
Surveillance video at the scene captured the men approaching the victim and phone records indicated the wife had called Garner and her husband just moments before the shooting. Police found that the entire botched robbery turned murder was set up by the victim’s wife and her brother.
News of the arrests spread quickly and neighbors suspected Mrs. Martin the entire time. Neighbors stated to reporters that they suspected she had a drug problem and that she was hanging with a suspicious group of individuals. They were not surprised by the outcome of the investigation.
