Annapolis police arrested and charged Timothy Height with first- and second- degree murder, first- and second- degree assault and reckless endangerment. Authorities arrived at the home in the 1900- block of Copeland Street around 7 a.m. Saturday to find the 2-year-old Armoir Faith Turner dead in her bed with a fractured skull, broken leg and signs of possible sexual assault. Height had been watching the child unattended. Police removed two other children from the home.
