Between noon and 2 p.m. there were two explosions at state buildings, in Annapolis and Hanover. Initial reports (unconfirmed) indicate that 6 people were injured.
Confirmed reports indicate that a book-sized package was sent to the State House in Annapolis addressed to the Governor. Only one package contained a return address in Washington, DC. This is a developing story.
