William Donald Schaefer is back to his beloved Baltimore. He is currently lying in state at the rotunda of Baltimore’s City Hall. Yesterday after a short ceremony, mourners were allowed to begin filing in to City Hall.
Hundreds of spectators lined Fayette Street to pay their final respects. If you would like to pay your respects, the rotunda will be open today from 9am-9pm.
