Former Virginia pastor has been sentenced to six years in prison for child molestation.
Pastor Tommy R. Shelton Jr. was sentenced Friday in Fairfax County Circuit Court after entering an Alford plea. The plea meant that Shelton admitted that there was enough evidence for conviction, but did not admit that he was indeed guilty.
In 2008, two men accused the pastor of molesting them in the mid-1990s.
