Man Charged In High School Assault

Police say Donnell Maurice Vannison, 40, of Baltimore, showed up at the school in a ski mask to confront a 16-year-old student. Vannison has been charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Video of the assault immediately went viral.
