Two men were arrested for apparently attempting to steal copper pipe Tuesday afternoon.
At about 1:30 p.m. today, Baltimore County Police received a call about two suspicious men on the campus of Spring Grove State Hospital in Catonsville. The men were said to be carrying saws and crowbars toward an abandoned building on the hospital grounds. Baltimore County Police contacted the Spring Grove Police Department with the information.
