Our beloved Whitney Houston would be celebrating her 49th birthday today. The world-renowned songstress had a remarkable career as a singer and actress. Whitney’s last film Sparkle is set to hit movie theatres worldwide Friday August 17. Nippy, what she was affectionately called by family and friends, sold over 170 million albums, singles and videos worldwide. She appeared in several movies including The Bodyguard, Waiting To Exhale and The Preacher’s Wife. Most importantly she leaves behind a ton of classic moments and memories for us to cherish including a limitless catalogue of beautiful music for generations to enjoy.
