Prosecutors in Maryland have not yet decided to charge a Maryland man with murder after the near be headings of three young relatives. Thirty-one year old, Policarpio Espinoza Perez, was convicted on three counts of conspiracy of first-degree murder and acquitted of second-degree murder yesterday.  The judge declared a mistrial on the first-degree murder charge.  Read Here For More Details.
