Finally Baltimore will get some relief from the frigid temperatures. Today’s high is expected to reach 78 degree. Winds are coming in from the northwest between 5 and 14 mph. This evening temperatures will dip below 50 degrees. Thursday we will be back in the 70’s with a high of 71 degrees.
