Actress Kerry Washington has been very open about her support for the Obama Administration and has continued to volunteer her services to ensure the President’s return to the White House in 2013. Now Washington challenges all supported of Obama to do more than simply vote.
In a recent extrusive article delivered on Elev8.com, Washington tells why she supported, then Senator Barack Obama, in addition to why she will continue to support him.
“In the three years since taking office, President Obama has delivered on many of his promises from the 2008 election. He has expanded health care coverage for millions of Americans. He’s recovered the auto industry, saving countless jobs. He’s made college more affordable by increasing Pell Grant funding,” Washington tells Elev8 reporters.
